Whether you’re planning a birthday, hens night, baby shower, reunion, or simply gathering your favourite people “just because,” our Celebrator workshops are designed for anyone who wants a celebration that feels meaningful, fun, and beautifully unique. No pressure, no rules — just a space to laugh, create, and make memories together.
I created these workshops because I saw how powerful it is when people slow down, switch off from the noise, and reconnect through hands-on making. Collage has this magic way of bringing people together — it’s playful, grounding, and accessible for every age and ability. You don’t need any art experience; you just need curiosity and a willingness to enjoy the moment.
So many celebrations are rushed, loud, or overplanned. People often worry about hosting, organising, or how to make their event feel “special.” The Collage Collective solves this by bringing everything to you — the materials, the structure, the creativity, and the calm. You get to show up, enjoy your people, and actually be present.
What makes us different is our heart-centred approach. Our workshops aren’t just about making art; they’re about connection. Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can join the workshop?
We can cater for small, intimate groups or larger celebrations. Most events range from 8 to 20 guests, but we can discuss options for bigger groups too. If you’re unsure of final numbers, that’s completely fine — we can adjust closer to the date.
Do you have a venue we can book?
Yes! We have a beautiful creative venue available in South Brisbane that you’re welcome to book for your celebration. It’s a bright, welcoming space perfect for birthdays, hens nights, team events and intimate gatherings. The venue hire is an additional fee, and we do require at least one month’s notice to secure your date. If you’d like to use our venue, just let us know when you enquire and we’ll check availability for you.
How much does The Celebrator Package cost?
We have our pricing at $75 per person. Pricing depends on your group size, workshop length, and any custom additions you choose. A small deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the event. Once you enquire, we’ll send you a clear quote with no hidden fees.
Do you travel to different locations?
Yes! We’re Brisbane-based and can travel to homes, venues, cafes, offices, and community spaces. Travel within Brisbane is included in your package, and we can quote for surrounding areas upon enquiry.
Can we customise the workshop?
Absolutely. We can tailor the theme, colours, creative prompts, workshop vibe, and accessibility needs. If you have a vision or moodboard, we would love to bring it to life.
Do we need to bring anything?
Nope — we bring everything. This includes all art materials, tools, table coverings, and creative supplies. Your only job is to show up, relax, and enjoy celebrating with your favourite people.
