Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • Zone 1 (Domestic): Australia and New Zealand.
  • Zone 2 (Asia Pacific): Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
  • Zone 3 (USA & Canada): North America, and Canada.
  • Zone 4 (UK & Europe): Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, Ukraine, and UK.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
  • Sometimes orders cannot be processed within this timeframe.
  • Orders are picked up by the following carriers: Amarex, Australia Post, and FedEx.

Shipping Methods

The Collage Collective offers the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after processing.
  2. Expedited Shipping: For those who require their purchase sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which generally takes 1 to 4 business days after processing.
  3. Free Shipping: Sometimes we share discount codes that have free shipping, or free shipping along with a discount. Please join our mailing list if you’d like to receive this. We offer free shipping to domestic orders over $150 AUD.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the purchase. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.

Shipping is calculated by weight; we suggest considering the volume of your purchase as heavier shipments will be expensive.

Shipment Tracking

We provide shipment tracking for all orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address you provide. If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier service will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your order from a local depot.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged or are lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team within seven days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. The Collage Collective is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details regarding these fees.
